1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement
between you ("User") and Easy Education ("Institution," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Easy Education Digital
School Management Platform ("Platform").
1.2 BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ,
UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY
CEASE ALL USE OF THE PLATFORM.
1.3 These Terms are effective upon first access to the Platform and remain
in force for the duration of your use, unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the provisions herein.
1.4 The Institution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time
without prior individual notice. Continued use of the Platform following
any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 "Platform" refers to the Easy Education Digital School Management Platform,
accessible at sbintercollege.dpdns.org and any associated subdomains,
mobile applications, or services provided therein.
2.2 "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the
Platform, including Students, Teachers, Principals, and Administrators.
2.3 "Student" refers to a User enrolled at the Institution whose profile and
academic records are maintained on the Platform, with limited access
privileges as defined by their role.
2.4 "Teacher" refers to a User employed by the Institution in a teaching
capacity, granted access to manage academic data, homework, attendance,
and related functions as assigned.
2.5 "Administrator" or "Principal" refers to a User with elevated access
privileges responsible for the management, oversight, and administration
of the Platform, including user management, content management, fee
management, report generation, and system configuration.
2.6 "Services" refers to all features, functionalities, tools, and
capabilities provided through the Platform, including but not limited to:
student dashboards, academic records, certificates, admit cards, fee
management, attendance tracking, homework management, digital library,
test and marks management, scholarship management, referral programs,
support ticket system, content management (news, gallery, FAQ), login
logs, analytics, APK download, and online registration.
2.7 "Content" refers to all text, data, images, documents, certificates,
reports, and any other materials stored, displayed, or transmitted
through the Platform.
2.8 "Credentials" refers to login identifiers including email address,
phone number, Student ID, Teacher ID, or Principal ID, along with
associated passwords and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for
authentication.
3.1 Use of the Platform is restricted to authorized members of the Institution,
including enrolled students, employed teachers, and appointed
administrators and principals.
3.2 Users must be at least 13 years of age, or must have the consent of a
parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform. For students below the
age of 18, the Institution acts in loco parentis and the parent/guardian
consents to the student's use by virtue of enrollment.
3.3 Unauthorized individuals, including former students, former employees,
or any person not currently affiliated with the Institution, are
prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
3.4 The Institution reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and
to suspend or terminate access for any User found to be ineligible.
4.1 Each User is issued unique Credentials upon registration or enrollment.
Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
their Credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
4.2 Users MUST NOT:
- (a) Share their Credentials with any other person;
- (b) Use another User's Credentials to access the Platform;
- (c) Store Credentials in an insecure manner accessible to third parties;
- (d) Disable or bypass any authentication mechanisms, including OTP
verification.
4.3 The Institution implements multi-factor authentication (OTP verification)
and session security measures. Users must not attempt to circumvent these
security controls.
4.4 Any unauthorized access to a User's account must be reported immediately
to the Institution through the Platform's support ticket system or by
contacting [email protected].
4.5 THE USER BEARS FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR UNAUTHORIZED
ACTIONS RESULTING FROM THEIR FAILURE TO SAFEGUARD THEIR CREDENTIALS.
4.6 Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
and must promptly update any changes to their personal details. The
Institution is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or
outdated information provided by the User.
5.1 The Platform provides the following Services, subject to the User's
assigned role and access privileges:
- (a) Student Dashboard — View academic records, attendance, fee payment
history, certificates, admit cards, homework, test results,
scholarship status, subjects, and digital library access.
- (b) Academic Records — Management and display of student academic data
including marks, grades, class assignments, and subject enrollments.
- (c) Certificates — Generation, issuance, and verification of official
certificates including Transfer Certificates (TC), Character
Certificates, and other institutional certificates with unique
verification codes and QR codes.
- (d) Admit Cards — Creation, management, and verification of examination
admit cards with QR code verification.
- (e) Fee Management — Recording, tracking, editing, and receipt generation
for fee payments, including payment history and downloadable receipts.
- (f) Attendance Tracking — Recording and reporting of student attendance
with CSV export capability.
- (g) Homework Management — Assignment creation and file attachment
management by teachers for students.
- (h) Digital Library — Upload, management, and reading of digital books
with role-based and class-based access restrictions.
- (i) Test and Marks Management — Creation of tests, recording of marks,
and generation of marks reports.
- (j) Scholarship Management — Allocation and tracking of scholarships
for eligible students.
- (k) Referral Program — Generation and management of referral codes for
student enrollment.
- (l) Support Ticket System — Creation and management of support requests
by all Users, with administrative oversight.
- (m) Content Management — Publication and management of news articles,
gallery images, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) by authorized
personnel.
- (n) Login Logs and Analytics — Tracking and reporting of login activity,
including IP addresses, timestamps, device information, and session
duration, accessible to authorized administrators.
- (o) Online Registration — Public-facing student registration and
enrollment application system with approval workflow.
- (p) APK Download — Distribution of the official mobile application with
install tracking and analytics.
- (q) Reports — Generation of analytical reports on user activity, login
patterns, and system usage.
5.2 The Institution reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or
discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Users MUST comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms
when using the Platform.
6.2 Users are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
- (a) Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other
User accounts, or system resources;
- (b) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform
or its security mechanisms;
- (c) Manipulating, altering, falsifying, or corrupting any data, records,
or Content on the Platform;
- (d) Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to
derive the source code of the Platform or any component thereof;
- (e) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious software,
viruses, worms, trojans, or any code or material of a harmful or
destructive nature;
- (f) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is illegal,
obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise
objectionable;
- (g) Misusing system privileges, including accessing data or features
beyond the scope of the User's assigned role;
- (h) Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the
Platform without explicit authorization;
- (i) Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's servers, networks,
or infrastructure;
- (j) Impersonating any other User or misrepresenting affiliation with
the Institution;
- (k) Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features
including CSRF protections, rate limiting, or access controls;
- (l) Exporting or extracting data in bulk without authorization, except
through features explicitly provided by the Platform (e.g., CSV
export for attendance).
6.3 ANY VIOLATION OF THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE USER'S ACCESS, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE,
AND MAY SUBJECT THE USER TO LEGAL ACTION.
7.1 STUDENTS:
- (a) Students are granted view-only access to their own academic records,
attendance, fee history, certificates, admit cards, homework, test
results, and scholarship status.
- (b) Students MUST NOT attempt to modify, tamper with, or falsify any
academic data, attendance records, marks, or fee information.
- (c) Students are responsible for reviewing their displayed information
and reporting any discrepancies through the support ticket system.
- (d) Students must not share their certificates, admit cards, or
institutional documents with unauthorized parties.
7.2 TEACHERS:
- (a) Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data
they enter, including marks, attendance records, and homework
assignments.
- (b) Teachers MUST exercise ethical judgment in the use of student data
and MUST NOT disclose, share, or misuse student information beyond
their official duties.
- (c) Teachers must not assign marks or modify attendance records
dishonestly or under external influence.
- (d) Teachers are accountable for all actions performed under their
credentials.
7.3 ADMINISTRATORS AND PRINCIPALS:
- (a) Administrators and Principals hold full authority over user
management, content management, fee management, certificate issuance,
system configuration, and analytics.
- (b) With full authority comes full accountability. Administrators and
Principals are responsible for ensuring that all administrative
actions are lawful, ethical, and in the best interest of the
Institution and its students.
- (c) Administrators and Principals MUST NOT abuse their access privileges
to access, modify, or delete data without legitimate institutional
purpose.
- (d) All administrative actions are logged and auditable. The Institution
reserves the right to review administrative activity logs.
8.1 While the Institution employs reasonable measures to maintain the
accuracy and integrity of data on the Platform, NO GUARANTEE OF
ABSOLUTE ACCURACY IS MADE.
8.2 The Platform, its Services, and all Content are provided on an "AS-IS"
and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether
express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title,
and non-infringement.
8.3 The Institution does not warrant that:
- (a) The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- (b) The results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate
or reliable;
- (c) Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected.
8.4 Users are encouraged to verify critical information through official
institutional channels and report any discrepancies promptly.
9.1 The Platform, including its design, code, graphics, user interface,
documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or
licensed to the Institution and is protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
9.2 No User acquires any ownership rights or intellectual property rights
in or to the Platform or any component thereof through these Terms or
by using the Platform.
9.3 Users are PROHIBITED from:
- (a) Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part
of the Platform;
- (b) Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse engineering
any part of the Platform;
- (c) Using any data mining, data extraction, or similar data gathering
methods on the Platform;
- (d) Downloading or copying any part of the Platform's code, design, or
structure.
9.4 Certificates, admit cards, and official documents generated by the
Platform remain the intellectual property of the Institution. Unauthorized
reproduction, alteration, or distribution of such documents is strictly
prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense.
10.1 The Institution does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous
availability of the Platform.
10.2 The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- (a) Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
- (b) System upgrades, patches, or configuration changes;
- (c) Hardware or software failures;
- (d) Network connectivity issues;
- (e) Force majeure events;
- (f) Any other reason at the Institution's sole discretion.
10.3 The Institution reserves the right to perform maintenance, upgrades,
or modifications to the Platform at any time WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
10.4 THE INSTITUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR
INCONVENIENCE RESULTING FROM THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM.
11.1 The Institution may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice,
suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform for any reason,
including but not limited to:
- (a) Violation of these Terms;
- (b) Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy;
- (c) Any conduct that the Institution deems harmful to the Platform,
other Users, or the Institution;
- (d) Prolonged inactivity;
- (e) Completion of enrollment or termination of employment.
11.2 Upon suspension or termination:
- (a) The User's access to all Services will be immediately revoked;
- (b) The User's account may be blocked or deleted at the Institution's
discretion;
- (c) Data associated with the User's account may be retained or deleted
in accordance with the Institution's data retention policies and
applicable laws.
11.3 Administrators and Principals have the authority to block or unblock
User accounts in accordance with institutional policy.
11.4 Termination does not relieve the User of any obligations or liabilities
that accrued prior to termination.
12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE INSTITUTION AND
ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- (a) Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities;
- (b) Security breaches or unauthorized access beyond the Institution's
reasonable control;
- (c) User negligence, including failure to safeguard Credentials;
- (d) Any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
- (e) Any actions or omissions of third parties.
12.2 THE INSTITUTION'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT
OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT
OF ZERO RUPEES (INR 0), AS THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY MONETARY
CHARGE TO USERS.
12.3 THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS AN INSTITUTIONAL
TOOL AND THAT THE INSTITUTION'S OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED TO PROVIDING
REASONABLE EFFORT IN MAINTAINING THE PLATFORM'S FUNCTIONALITY AND
SECURITY.
13.1 THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE INSTITUTION,
ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND
ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING
REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- (a) The User's use of or inability to use the Platform;
- (b) The User's violation of these Terms;
- (c) The User's violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- (d) The User's infringement of any third-party right;
- (e) Any content or data submitted, posted, or transmitted by the User;
- (f) Any unauthorized access to the User's account due to the User's
negligence.
13.2 This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the User's
account and these Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in
Kasganj District, Uttar Pradesh, India.
14.3 The User agrees to attempt to resolve any dispute informally with the
Institution for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating
any legal proceedings.
14.4 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from application to these Terms.
15.1 The Institution reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these
Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
15.2 Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform
or upon notification to Users through the Platform's communication
channels.
15.3 CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF MODIFIED TERMS
CONSTITUTES THE USER'S ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS.
15.4 It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for
changes. The Institution is not obligated to notify Users individually
of modifications.

ticket system accessible at the "Support" section of the Platform.
17.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
and effect.
17.2 The failure of the Institution to enforce any right or provision of
these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17.3 Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if
in writing and signed by the Institution.
18.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between the User and the Institution regarding the use of
the Platform.
18.2 These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications,
representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding
the subject matter herein.
